This page explains what happens to the details you send us through this website. It is written plainly because a privacy policy nobody can read is not a policy.
Only what you type into the form: your name, email, phone number if you give one, your company, where you are, what your inquiry is about, and anything you write in the message field. We also record when it arrived.
To reply to you and to route your inquiry to the right person inside the group. Nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside Proselyte Holdings.
Your submission is stored in our own customer records, on infrastructure we operate ourselves. A notification email is sent to us through Mailgun, our email delivery provider. No advertising network, data broker, or lead marketplace receives it.
We use Plausible Analytics, self-hosted on our own infrastructure. It counts page views and form submissions. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect anything that identifies you personally. That is why this site has no cookie banner.
For as long as we are in contact about your inquiry, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you come back to us. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Write to us through the form on the home page and say which of these you want.
The form is served over an encrypted connection and submissions are transmitted encrypted. Access to our records is restricted to people inside the group who need it.
